The OpenLM Pricing Model

OpenLM’s pricing is based on two parameters:

The System size and the selected OpenLM components.

System Size:

• Number of Vendor daemons
• Number of Users.

Basic OpenLM components:

The following components are provided in the OpenLM Customer Package for all editions:

• The OpenLM Server.
• The EasyAdmin Web based Administration Interface.
• Unlimited installations of the OpenLM Agent (Client).
• OpenLM Broker, installed on any monitored license server.

OpenLM Offers 4 Editions:

• Light Edition: Supports one vendor daemon, with limited system capabilities. The light version is Provided Free of charge, subject to registration.

• Academic Program Licenses: Special offer licenses for Universities, Academic institutes, Colleges and Schools.

• Professional Edition: Initial package pricing includes 5 vendors and 50 users (USD 1,250). Vendors, Users and some extensions can be added as required.

• Enterprise Edition: Technically supports an unlimited number of users and vendors. Initial package pricing includes 10 vendors and 250 users. Vendors, Users and All OpenLM extensions can be added as required.

Annual Maintenance fee (20% of OpenLM Value).

Maintenance includes:

• Ongoing technical support (Chat, Telephone, email and Remote Access).
• Software new releases, updates and upgrades.

First year’s Annual maintenance is charged with the initial quote.
