Oren Gabay, CEO and Co-Founder

Oren Gabay is the Chief Executive Officer at OpenLM, responsible for Business Development as well as the vision behind the OpenLM product.

Prior to joining the founding team at OpenLM, Mr Gabay had gained more than 15 years of experience in managing large scale IT projects. He is an expert in GIS technology and especially with the use of the ESRI software products.

Mr. Gabay has held senior management positions in several high tech companies in Israel and among them: Systematics, Estimotion & Tnuanet.

Mr. Gabay holds an MBA degree from the University of Haifa, and a BSc degree in Geodetic Engineering from the Technion: The Israeli Institute of Technology, 

Rachel Bahar, CTO and Co-Founder

Rachel Bahar is the Chief Technology Officer at OpenLM, responsible for Software Development and Quality assurance.

Prior to joining the founding team at OpenLM, Ms. Bahar had gained 15 years of experience in developing and managing IT systems, mostly in the GIS field.

Bahar worked for 8 years as a software engineer at Taldor, where she served in various GIS positions. She began her career at the IDF Computer Center, where she served in several software engineering and management positions.

Ms. Bahar holds a BSc in mathematics and computer science from the Tel Aviv University.
