Oren Gabay, CEO and Co-Founder
Oren Gabay is Chief Executive Officer at OpenLM, responsible for Business Development as well as the vision behind the OpenLM product.
Previous to joining the founding team at OpenLM, Mr Gabay has more then 15 years of experience in managing large scale IT projects. He is an expert in GIS technology and especially with the use of the ESRI software products.
Mr. Gabay has held senior management positions in several high tech companies in Israel and among them: Systematics, Estimotion, Tnuanet.
Mr. Gabay holds a degree in Geodetic Engineering from the Israeli Institute of Technology, the Technion. Additionally, he holds an MBA from the University of Haifa.

Rachel Bahar, CTO and Co-Founder
Rachel Bahar is Chief Technology Officer at OpenLM, responsible for Software Development and Quality assurance.
Previous to joining the founding team at OpenLM, Ms. Bahar has 15 years of experience in developing and managing IT systems, majority of them in the GIS field.
Bahar held 8 years as a software engineer at Taldor where she served in various GIS positions. She began her career at an Israeli Defense Forces Computer Center, where she served in several software engineering and management positions.
Ms. Bahar holds a BSc in mathematics and computer science from the Tel Aviv University.
