- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good Understanding of the Directory and the Domain Management.
- Good understanding of the Linux operating system.
- Good troubleshooting and resolution skills
- Supporting OpenLM office domain needs / help desk
- Technical Support Engineer is working with the customer’s business, troubleshooting networking and interconnectivity problems
- Participate with account managers in webinars and demos for customer (in English)
- Participate in customer PoC (proof of concept)
