Helios
OpenLM monitors Helios through OpenLM Broker. Helios is a log-file based integration: the Broker reads the vendor-generated Helios usage log configured in the Broker Config Tool / Web UI. Detailed configuration steps are being prepared and will be published in the next documentation release.
Before you begin
- OpenLM Platform.
- OpenLM Broker v26.x or later, installed on a machine with access to the Helios usage log and approved in Broker Hub.
How OpenLM interfaces with Helios
- Commands: None. Helios does not expose an HTTP/REST API, web dashboard, or CLI option for querying usage at runtime. License usage is monitored exclusively through log-file parsing of the vendor-generated log.
- Logs: Yes — this is a log-file based integration. The Broker reads the Helios usage log configured via the Config Tool / Web UI.
- License file: No license file is used for data inquiry with this license manager.
