Your Personal Dashboard

The OpenLM user portal gives you a view of your own software usage and license activity.

What you can see

• Active sessions — software you currently have open and using a license
• Usage history — how often you use each licensed tool
• License availability — how many licenses are free versus in use right now

Accessing the dashboard

Personal Dashboard is delivered by the OpenLM Workstation Agent running on your computer. Once your IT team installs the agent, the dashboard becomes available on your machine: depending on how it was deployed, it may open automatically after installation, or your administrator will tell you how to open it. Sign in with your organizational credentials (the same ones you use for your computer or company apps).
