Workstations
The Workstations tab is the machine-centric view of the inventory: one row per workstation that has reported at least one scan.
The workstations grid

| Hostname | The workstation's hostname. |
| Primary User | The workstation's primary user. |
| IP Address | The last known IP address. |
| App Count | How many active applications the workstation currently has. |
| Agent Version | The version of the OpenLM Workstation Agent installed there. |
| Last Scan Date | When the workstation last reported a scan. |
The grid opens sorted by Last Scan Date, newest first, so machines that recently reported are at the top — and machines that have gone quiet sink to the bottom, which makes stale agents easy to spot. The toolbar holds Export CSV, Refresh, and Search.
Workstation detail
Select a workstation's row to open its detail panel beside the grid. The panel has two tabs.
Installed Applications
The Installed Applications tab for a selected workstation.
One row per application currently installed on that workstation:

| Product | The application's name. |
| Publisher | The software publisher. |
| Version | The installed version. |
| Install Path | Where the application is installed. |
| Status | Matched to a SAM Catalog entry, or Unmatched. |
| First Discovered | When the installation first appeared in a scan. |
| Last Seen | The most recent scan that still reported it. |
Scan History
The Scan History tab shows how each scan changed the inventory.
The most recent scans for the workstation, newest first:

| Scan Date | When the scan was processed. |
| Received | How many applications the agent reported. |
| After Filter | How many remained after the exclusion rules dropped the noise. |
| Added | New installations this scan introduced. |
| Removed | Installations this scan retired. |
| Duration (ms) | Processing time. |
| Status | The scan's processing outcome, for example Completed. |
The gap between Received and After Filter is the exclusion rules doing their job — much of what an agent reports on a Windows machine is operating-system components and update packages that never reach the inventory.
To close the panel, select the row's radio button again or select anywhere outside the grid.
Export the list
Export CSV downloads the workstations list with the columns Hostname, Primary User, IP Address, App Count, Last Scan Date, and Agent Version. The export respects the current search term, and it covers the full filtered list — every page, not just the one on screen.
