Filters:
-
Date: A relative date filter. It defaults to Last 14 days and prints the resolved range underneath (for example,
2026/07/11 to 2026/07/24). Select another preset, or a custom start and end date, to change the reporting period. -
Version: Users can select any version from this filter.
-
Server Name: Users can select any server name from this filter.
-
License Type: Users can select any license type from this filter.
-

-
Vendor: Users can select any vendor from this filter.
-

-
Session Length Category: Users can select any session length category from this filter.
-

Interpreting this report
- This is a live snapshot - it answers "who holds what, at this moment". Every row is a seat someone else cannot take at this moment. In Version 25, the equivalent EasyAdmin window was also the place to retrieve idle licenses; on OpenLM Platform, agent policies drive retrieval, and this report is where you see the sessions worth retrieving.
- Read Session Duration together with Idle Time. A long session with idle time close to its duration is a parked license: the application stays open and consumes the license while no work happens. Those rows are your harvesting candidates.
- Borrowed = Yes rows do not return at session end - the seat stays out of the pool until the borrow expires. The dedicated view is Borrowed licenses.
- The Top 10 Active Longest Sessions chart is the same data ranked - the quickest way to spot the outliers in a long table.
