Touchpoint data
The Touchpoint Data Report provides detailed insights into user interactions with web domains and URLs through monitored browsers across various workstations. It tracks the number of transactions per user, workstation, and website type to support security monitoring, productivity analysis, and usage trend reporting.

Touchpoint Details Table: A detailed breakdown of transactions including website type, main domain, subdomain, event description, page title, and event source.

Website Type: The type of website visited.

Main Domain: The primary domain extracted from the URL.

Sub Domain: The subdomain part of the URL

Event Description: The type of event recorded (for example, browser session).

Page Title: Title of the web page at the time of the interaction.

Event Source: The full URL or web address from which the event originated.

Filters:

Event Date Time: A relative date filter. It defaults to Last 14 days and prints the resolved range underneath (for example,
2026/07/11 to 2026/07/24). Select another preset, or a custom start and end date, to change the reporting period. -
User Name: Users can select specific usernames to narrow the data to particular individuals.

Found URL: Users can filter by specific URLs or URL patterns to focus on particular web interactions.

Workstation: Users can select specific workstation names to analyze activity by device.
Interpreting this report
- This extends usage monitoring to the browser, where no license checkout exists to observe - transactions are page-level interactions from monitored workstations, the web-application counterpart to Process session's desktop view.
- Website Type does the first triage (work domains against the rest), and the Top 5 URLs chart names the destinations - together they show whether monitored browser time concentrates on the SaaS tools you pay for.
- Transaction counts measure visits, not minutes. A high count on a domain can be 1 user's frequent reloads - rank users and workstations in the charts before reading organizational patterns.
- Volume by workstation that concentrates on a handful of machines usually maps to shared/kiosk hosts; treat those separately in any per-user analysis.
