Account Manager- Israel (1 position)

Job Description:


OpenLM is looking out for an Account Manager in a direct sales role responsible for both client retention as well as growth through the expansion and introduction of new products and services. You will consult with existing clients to develop and implement an effective strategy that maximizes the value delivered by OpenLM products and services.



Key Responsibilities


  • You should have significant experience in a B2B software sales role with an inspiring track record developing a leading digital marketing or software brand.
  • Possess a great passion for customer experience.
  • Proven success in executing and managing international sales teams.
  • High analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Good understanding of computer systems and software.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and the possession of tact, integrity, and common sense is inspiring.
  • Verbal/communication skills and a thoughtful, persuasive personal style.
  • Comfortable developing and leading projects independently with little to no direction.
  • Capable of balancing multiple priorities and deadlines while being adaptable to the changing needs of the business.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and initiative.




Basic Qualifications :


  • 6+ years of experience with proven consultative sales, preferably in technology (services, software, or hardware).
  • Proven ability to translate customer need(s) into solution requirements through value proposition.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform well in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to work across organizational structures to drive positive customer experiences and outcomes.
  • Knowledge of the full sales cycle.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication.
  • Experience building client relationships.
  • Able to utilize sales CRM such as Zoho or like programs.
