Configuring Extensions – Alerts Management – HT843
Configure Alerts Management
- Please make sure you have a single OpenLM Server installation on a central network server.
- Open OpenLM User Interface –> Start –> Administration –> Email/SMS.
- Fill in your SMTP server details, along with the default destination email then click Save.
Note: if using Google’s G-Suite SMTP servers, the password must be set as the App Password as per Google’s steps - Click Start –> Administration –> Alert Management.
- Click Add Rule –> Input Rule Name –> select severity –> Click Save.
- Under Conditions –> Expand Type –> select desired condition. –> Click Add.
- In Add Condition window –> Fill in specific configurations you require. –> Click Save.
- (Optional) Add another condition by selecting another condition type then clicking Add.
- (Optional) Click AND –> Apply AND / OR logic for the conditions.
- Under Destinations–> Expand Type –> select desired destination (Email, SMS, etc) –> Click Add.
- In Add Action window –> Fill in specific destination configurations you require. –> Click Save.
- Continue with configuring other OpenLM Extensions.
