Engineering licenses, SaaS subscriptions, and AI tools are usually managed separately, each with its own blind spot. Turn on one global toggle. The next deployment skips allocations from any workstation not running an active Agent. A brief disconnect isn’t treated as a missing Agent — legitimate users don’t get caught in the gap.

Agent enforcement

LAC cross-references allocations against Agent Activity Manager. Workstations without an active Agent are skipped on the next deployment. The audit trail is complete. Offline ≠ missing — a brief disconnect doesn't punish legitimate users.

Bulk allocation creation

Select multiple features and entities at once. LAC creates one allocation per combination. A 200-group option file goes from an all-day task to a single action. Powered by a new AddRules GraphQL mutation — existing AddRule is unchanged.

SaaS policy deployment

Policies now deploy to SaaS license servers — scheduled or manual. Closes the gap between SaaS and on-premises enforcement. Both worlds under one policy engine.

Resilient deployment

A disabled or deleted user no longer fails the whole deployment. The affected allocation is skipped, logged, and reported. Everything else still goes through. Skipped items surface in the deployment report for cleanup.

Your reporting database now takes plain-English questions.

OpenLM speaks the Model Context Protocol — the open standard for connecting AI assistants to live data. Point your AI client at your tenant, sign in once with OAuth, and ask.
