Presale Technical Support Engineer

 

Location: Chisinau, Moldova

OpenLM is looking for 2 IT experts / Technical support engineers: Day shift (9:00-18:00) and Night shift (15:00 – 23:30)

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good Understanding of the Directory and the Domain Management.
  • Good understanding of the Linux operating system.
  • Good troubleshooting and resolution skills

 

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Openlm office domain needs / help desk
  • Technical Support Engineer is working with the customer’s business, troubleshooting networking and interconnectivity problems
  • Participate with account managers in webinars and demos for customer (in English)
  • Participate in customer PoC (proof of concept)
