FAQ – How can I configure “license availability notifications” ?

OpenLM notifies users who have been denied a license that their license has become vacant.

This is configured on the OpenLM EasyAdmin web application.

  • Click ‘Start’ –> ‘Administration’ –> “Agent Policy”. The “Agent Policy” window opens.
  • Set the “Reservation period” (default  – 60 minutes). This sets the ultimate timing for availability notifications (i.e. – notifications will be received within 60 minutes after the license denial event).
  • Check the “Available license notification” box.
