OpenLM Software License Management is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This privacy policy outlines how OpenLM collects, stores, and manages personal data within the OpenLM Connector Integration available on the monday.com Marketplace.

Definitions

  • OpenLM: Refers to OpenLM Software License Management, including its subsidiaries and products.
  • Personal Data: Information that can identify an individual directly or indirectly, such as name, customer ID, Company name, and address.
  • You / User: Refers to individuals accessing or using the integration or entities on behalf of which such individuals are using the integration.

  • OpenLM Connector Data: Data related to OpenLM Connector services from specific customers.

How Personal Data Is Collected

Personal data is collected through the OpenLM Connector Integration via direct interaction with monday.com services and Amazon SQS, including:

  • Data provided when using the OpenLM Connector Integration.
  • Automated data collection when interacting with the integration to improve service delivery.

How Collected Personal Data Is Used

OpenLM uses the collected data for:

  • Creating and managing connector data or license usage data in monday.com boards creating a workspace called “OpenLM”.
  • Enhancing service delivery and user experience.

OpenLM does not use personal data for any purposes beyond the operation, maintenance, and improvement of the service.

 

How Collected Personal Data Is Stored

All personal data are stored on AWS Secrets Manager.

 

Use of AWS Services

The OpenLM Connector Integration utilizes the following Amazon Web Services (AWS) to provide reliable and secure data processing:

  • Amazon SQS (Simple Queue Service): Used for message queuing to manage and process connector data from OpenLM services.
  • AWS Lambda: Executes serverless functions to process and deliver data between Amazon SQS and monday.com boards.
  • AWS Secrets Manager: Securely stores and manages sensitive data such as customer access tokens and secrets, ensuring data protection and preventing unauthorized access.

Note: OpenLM leverages these services to enhance integration performance, ensure data security, and maintain scalability. Personal data processed through these AWS services adheres to AWS security and compliance standards.

 

Disclosure of Personal Data

  1. Service Improvement: Data may be analyzed to improve application functionality and introduce new features.
  2. Third Parties: OpenLM does not share personal data with third parties except under the following circumstances:
    • Legal requirements or valid public authority requests.
    • Consent from the user for data sharing.
  3. Marketing: Personal data will not be used for marketing purposes.

Note: OpenLM is not liable for any data disclosure caused by the user or third-party services interacting with monday.com.

 

Your Choices Regarding Personal Data Collection
