By installing or using the OpenLM App inside Google Chat™, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the App.

1. Scope of Service

The App serves as a communication bridge within the OpenLM ecosystem. Its primary functions include:

• Sending automated license alerts and notifications to registered users.
• Processing interactive status queries (e.g., usage, denials, idle sessions) submitted via Google Chat™ commands.

The App is a supplementary tool and does not replace the full OpenLM Platform.

2. User Responsibilities

2.1 Account and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account used to access the App. You must notify OpenLM immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2.2 Command Accountability

You are solely responsible for all commands, queries, and data transmitted through your account. Any action taken via the App — including license harvests, bookings, or configuration changes — is deemed to have been authorized by you.

2.3 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the App or its underlying infrastructure.
• Transmit malicious code, spam, or any content that could harm the App or other users.

3. License and Intellectual Property

3.1 Master License Agreement

Your use of this App is governed by, and subject to, your organization’s primary OpenLM Master License Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and your Master License Agreement, the Master License Agreement shall prevail.

3.2 Intellectual Property

All software, content, and materials comprising the App are the exclusive property of OpenLM or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the App.

4. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

4.1 Accuracy of Data

While OpenLM strives for real-time precision, we disclaim liability for any business decisions, financial losses, or other consequences arising from inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete data presented through the App.

4.2 Service Availability

We do not guarantee 100% uptime for the App. The integration depends on third-party infrastructure, including Google Workspace™, and may be subject to interruptions beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance.

4.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OpenLM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

5. Modifications to the Service and Terms

OpenLM reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Terms to reflect changes in our service or legal obligations.

Users will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the App after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
