Support Lifecycle for OpenLM Legacy Versions
At OpenLM, our highest priority is ensuring the stability, reliability, and success of your daily business operations. We want to ensure that every organization utilizing our platform has a clear, predictable path forward that aligns with their own operational timelines.
To provide you with ample planning flexibility, we are sharing our updated lifecycle timeline for OpenLM legacy versions(V25/26).
Complete Confidence in Your Current Setup
If you are currently utilizing our legacy versions and are not yet ready to migrate, please rest assured that your operations remain fully supported. We want you to have total peace of mind regarding your existing environment. There is no risk of being left without assistance if you do not transition to the new platform immediately, we are fully committed to supporting you exactly where you are today.
Our updated timeline is structured as follows:
Roadmap Target Date: 31 December 2027
This is our target date for achieving key milestones on our new platform’s roadmap.
Continuous Evaluation and Flexibility
While these dates represent our standard roadmap, we remain flexible. To ensure a risk-free and seamless transition, OpenLM will finalize the End of Life process based on customer readiness and continuous assessment.
Extended support may be provided on an individual basis to accommodate unique organizational requirements. If your team requires more time than the standard schedule allows, please reach out to your account manager.
We appreciate your continued trust. For technical assistance or more information regarding support for legacy versions, please contact your dedicated account manager or our support team at support@openlm.com.
