Do I lose anything from the legacy parser?
No. Every file format and feature from License Parser Legacy is supported in the Cloud Platform. You gain capabilities — live monitoring, persistent history, team access, and advanced dashboards — while keeping everything you already use.
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Cloud Platform offers Light and Basic tiers at no cost — the same file-parsing access you had before. No credit card is required. You only pay if you choose to upgrade to Advanced monitoring and team features.
What happens to my data when I register?
Your data is stored on AWS-secured infrastructure in your chosen region (EU or US), and is fully GDPR and BDSG compliant. OpenLM does not sell or share your data. Your parsed files and reports are only accessible to you and your team.
Why is there a Campaign ID on my registration?
The Campaign ID LP-LEGACY-MIGRATION-2025 is automatically attached to your account to ensure our team knows you came from License Parser Legacy. This helps us fast-track your onboarding and tailor support specifically for existing parser users.
Can I choose which server region my data is stored in?
Yes. During activation you can select EU (European Union) or US server. You can confirm or change this during the initial setup after registration.
