Job Summary:

As a Technical Content Writer at OpenLM, you will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging and informative content that educates, informs, and engages our audience in the SAM and SLM field. You will work closely with our marketing and technical teams to create high-quality content that showcases our thought leadership, industry knowledge, and product offerings.

Job Description-

Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, product manuals, and online help resources for OpenLM’s software solutions.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy in technical content.
Develop blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and other marketing collateral to promote OpenLM’s products and thought leadership in the SAM field.
Transform complex technical concepts into clear and concise content that is easy for the target audience to understand.
Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to stay up-to-date with the SAM field.
Assist in developing and maintaining OpenLM’s knowledge base to support customer self-service.
Edit and proofread content to ensure grammatical accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company style guidelines.

Required Qualification-

Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the Software Asset Management (SAM) field.
Strong understanding of SAM concepts, software licensing, and IT infrastructure.
Proficiency in writing, editing, and proofreading technical content.
Excellent research skills to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality content.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
