Primary Areas for IT Infrastructure Computer systems –
Workstations, Servers, Virtual Machine Hosts Information systems – CRM, Ticketing System, Storage, Collaboration Communications systems – Telephony, IP telephony, Messaging Networking – VPN, Site-to-Site connectivity, Wireless Access Cloud Infrastructure – AWS + Internal Cloud.
Primary Areas for IT Asset Management-
Manage all IT assets (Software, Hardware, Cloud Services) Ensuring License / Contract compliance. Ensure Audit compliance. Promote Asset efficiency, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Primary Areas for Company IT Internal Support-
Ensures every problem raised by OpenLM employees is correctly triaged and resolved.
Requirement:
- Proficient in administering both Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Strong familiarity with virtualization software, including Hyper-V and ESXi.
- Thorough understanding of TCP/IP networking, switches, routers, firewalls, and protocols.
- Ability to effectively collaborate within a team.
- Proficient in diagnosing hardware issues.
- Expertise in installing and configuring operating systems and software.
- Capability to troubleshoot issues related to software, hardware, and networks.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
