Identity Service

OpenLM Identity Service is a tool that facilitates the user management and authentication of OpenLM products’ users. OpenLM Identity Service relies on the industry-standard protocol OpenID and OAuth 2.0 to ensure identity management and authentication services.

Workstation Agent

Note: When upgrading ArcGIS Pro to a newer version (e.g., from ArcGIS Pro 2 to 3 or from 3 to 4), the Workstation Agent must be reinstalled to ensure the new extension loads correctly.

End-User Services

End-User Services provides a user interface for OpenLM Workstation Agent, as well as the possibility to view your license servers and license usage information. Windows installer requires .NET Framework 8 runtime or higher.
Compatibility: End-User Services (EUS) v25.10 requires OpenLM SLM v25.10 or later. Earlier SLM versions are not supported. Upgrade SLM before deploying or upgrading EUS v25.10.

Web monitoring solution
OpenLM browser agent allows you to monitor specified website visits using the OpenLM SLMC solution or on-premise. Monitor any web-based applications or cloud services at your organization’s branches worldwide. Simply enter the URL of the service you want to track, and OpenLM will report the actual usage in a common report format with visualization options including heat maps and pie charts.

Broker

Workstation Agent – Side-by-Side Mode

Note: For silent installation, ensure your script includes: SETUP_MODE="Standalone". Without this setting, the Workstation Agent (side-by-side) will uninstall the existing product. When configured correctly, it installs it side-by-side.

Directory Synchronization Agent

The DSA works with the Directory Synchronization Service (DSS) by retrieving sync definitions, collecting user data from domain directories, and sending it back to DSS.
It can be installed on any machine in your network.
- For local directories (e.g., LDAP), the machine must have network access to the directory.
- For cloud directories (e.g., Azure AD, Google), the machine must have external internet access to reach the directory.
