The EasyAdmin web application is the main OpenLM administrative interface. It is accessible from any standard internet browser and installed as part of the OpenLM Server basic installation.
In version 3.2, we’ve made some enhancements and additions to the EasyAdmin interface, as shown below:
- License Usage Chart Performance
The “License usage” window is a prominent report in the EasyAdmin web interface. It presents multiple license usage waveforms over a predefined period. We have previously encountered some difficulty in presenting extensive usage queries. Now, the charting algorithm has been improved, and this important report window is now more robust, and presents information much more quickly.
- Color Selection
The new version provides a default-colour selection option. This ensures the EasyAdmin graphic report colors are selected to your liking:
- There is a new ‘Search’ capability in the EasyAdmin’s ‘Start’ menu:
- Checkout Policy
This window replaces the license policy window, and provides a clear and interactive UI for determining the license checkout policy:
- Change Password
The ‘Start’ menu includes a “Change password” option for administrator level users:
- Feature Usage per User Report
A new report window, depicting historical usage, grouped by both Feature name and User name within a predefined time frame:
- Active Users Report
This report is now fully functional, showing which users have been consuming licenses within a predefined period:
