License Pull Tolerance

  • Configurable settings define how denials are recorded

License Pull Tolerance Interval Specifies a period (in seconds) within which a denial is disregarded if a successful license pull occurs from a server different from the initial request. This helps eliminate false denial records.

Track True Denials Only

When enabled, this setting ensures that only genuine denial events are recorded

  • Denials are not logged if a license request is denied by one pool but fulfilled by another.
  • False denials based on the License Pull Tolerance Interval are excluded.
  • This setting applies only to newly recorded data and does not affect historical records.

Excluded Denials

  • Denial records are filtered based on specific conditions
  • Denials matching specified License Server, Major Error Code, or Error Message values are excluded.
  • If no filters are set, all denials are recorded by default.
